Welcome to Cauldron Craze ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you play our mobile game.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Cauldron Craze, we may collect the following types of information:

• Authentication Information: If you sign in using Google Native Authentication, we receive your basic public profile information (such as your name, email address, and profile picture) to identify your player profile and sync your progress.
• Game Progress & High Scores: We save your level progress, unlock states, and sandbox high scores locally on your device and sync them securely to our Firebase Cloud database to prevent progress loss.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that collect data to optimize gameplay and display advertisements:

• Google Play Services: Used to manage app licensing, updates, and native user authentication.
• Google AdMob: We show advertisements inside the game. AdMob may collect device identifiers (like Android Advertising ID), cookies, and general location data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
• Google Firebase: Used for secure user authentication, game database progress synchronization, and backend web hosting.

3. Children's Privacy

Cauldron Craze is designed to be family-friendly and is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete it.

4. Delete Your Account & Data

You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Option A: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open Cauldron Craze on your device.
2. Tap the Spell Book icon (📖) at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select the Tips tab.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account & Cloud Data".
5. Confirm deletion when prompted. Your cloud save, level progress, and all personal data will be permanently removed.

Option B: Email Request

Send an email to cauldroncraze@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Google or Apple sign-in. We will process your request and permanently delete all associated data within 7 business days.

What gets deleted:

• Your Firebase Authentication account and credentials
• Your Cloud Firestore player profile (level progress, cauldrons, boosters, high scores)
• All locally cached data on your device

Note: Guest Mode players who have never signed in have no cloud data stored on our servers. Tapping "Delete Local Data" in the app clears all locally saved progress.
